Size Guide

I am a size 10 and am wearing the regular in this picture, I prefer the X Small on me as I like a tighter fit, if you prefer a looser fit go up a size.
X Small sizes 6 to 10
Regular sizes 10-16
X Large sizes 16-20/22

Care Guide

They recommend Hand wash.
I have machine-washed mine at 30 degrees and they are fine, but I give no guarantees.
